Please note that our new Customer Web application has the following minimum software requirements:

Web Browser: MS-IE version 4.0 and higher on MS-Windows PCs (e.g. Windows 95, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and Windows XP) and Netscape versions 4.0.

Netscape version 6.0+ and Mozilla Firefox are NOT supported, we are also unable to support Apple Macintosh computers at this time.

Please note that Internet Explorer version 8 has been just released and we are currently unable to support it.

PC: The PC MUST have a XML engine.
