Disclosures
All fees and charges will be disclosed in the loan contract.
Loan setup: There may be additional costs and charges and the amount payable will depend on whether or not the loan proceeds. Although there is no loan application fee, some charges such as valuation fees and costs charged by the credit provider's solicitors are payable. These charges may be non-refundable should the loan be approved and not proceeded with.
Early repayment: An early repayment fee is payable.
The rates referred to on this website are indicative only. The actual rate may be higher or lower than the stated rate and will be set out in your mortgage documentation.
Chifley Home Loans are provided through an agreement with Select Credit Union which is responsible for credit provision and product development. Chifley Financial Services Limited does not guarantee the obligations of Select Credit Union.

Chifley Home Loans is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited. If complaints cannot be resolved through our own internal complaints system, then you have the right to have the complaint resolved through the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited.
