Depending on what Scheme you are in the information available in the Member Access Area may differ.
If you are a member of the Defined Benefit Schemes, which are the Retirement Scheme (formerly SASS) and the Defined Benefit Scheme (formerly SSS), then the
Member Access Area contains your previous statements and your personal details.
If you are a member of the Account-Based Pension (formerly Allocated Pension), Rollover Plan, Accumulation Scheme (which are the Executive Scheme and the Accumulation Scheme), the
Member Access Area contains your previous statements including a listing of all transactions and investment details. The details are updated twice a month.

require you to contact member services once you have received a letter from the scheme.

Once you have completed the form the request is sent to our administrator to be processed. You should receive an email
within one or two working days, or a letter within 2 to 3 if you selected postal confirmation.
Your email will contain a customer ID number (this should be different to your member number) and a temporary password which you will be asked to change the first time you
log into the member access area.
some common problems entering temporary passwords:
The password can contain lower and UPPER CASE(capital) letters make sure caps lock is off when entering your password.
Some characters may appear similar in your email these include the number 1(one) and a lower case letter l(L)
or an upper case I(i), also an upper case O(o) and the number 0(zero). It may be helpful to enter your password in the following way:
select the password as it appears in your email,
copy the password by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and then pressing C,
open the customer login page and select the password field
paste the password by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and then pressing P,
you can also use this method to enter you customer ID.
If you have selected postal confirmation you will receive a letter from the scheme containing your customer ID and asking you to call member
services to obtain your temporary password. Privacy laws prevent us from posting your password and customer ID. Member services will
help guide you through the remainder of the process.
